Professional and compassionate

As a consultant to non-profits, public agencies, and foundations for over 20 years, I bring professionalism, dependability, and flexibilty to my Qigong teaching and programs. I will design a program or service responsive to your needs based on my deep experience in asking the right questions to understand your work environment and adhering to HIPAA regulations. As a Qigong teacher, I bring these professional skills and qualities to my work with wellness and health care facilities. A customized session or program will be tailored to exceed your institutional goals.

How did I get here?

Martha Oesch, Certified Qigong Instructor

I found Qigong on my search for Tai Chi classes and never looked back. With its combination of flowing movements, breath work, and meditation, I felt I had come home to myself and had found a practice to support a lifetime of health and well-being both physically, mentally, and spiritually.

A movement practice for all ages, all abilities

I love that Qigong is accessible to anyone at any stage in their lives and want to share that with others whether they are new to or deepening their Qigong practice.

With over five years of experience, I offer classes online and in various settings. Currently, this includes classes at Yoga Moves in Stoneham, MA. My approach is inclusive, welcoming participants of all backgrounds and experience levels.
